It will only grow on the limestone slopes of Cedarberg Mountains
Due to its red color ( final product ) Rooibos is often called
“red tea” or “ red bush”
Rooibos pronounced “roy+boss” is an herbal tea and it is not
botanically related to Camellia Sinensis ( traditional tea plant ).
Mountain Red Tea can be served hot ... or “on ice”
It can be stored in the refrigirator for up to 2 weeks.
